- Tickets must be purchased through the Blue Diamond Garden Centre website, in-store, or any authorised platform.
- Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit without Blue Diamond Garden Centres' prior written consent. Tickets found to have been resold or transferred in violation of these terms may be voided without a refund.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of event cancellation by Blue Diamond Garden Centres.
- If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be provided upon request if the rescheduled date is unsuitable for the attendee.
- Blue Diamond Garden Centres reserves the right to cancel or modify an event without liability. In such cases, refunds will be issued.
- Entry is granted only upon presentation of a valid ticket. Digital or printed copies are acceptable unless otherwise specified.
- Some events may have age restrictions, which will be clearly stated at the time of ticket purchase.
- An adult must accompany any children under 16 years of age.
- Blue Diamond Garden Centres cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the event.
- Blue Diamond Garden Centres reserves the right to alter event details, including date, time, or content, for operational or unforeseen reasons. Ticket holders will be informed of significant changes.
- Outdoor events will proceed in most weather conditions. However, Blue Diamond Garden centres reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if weather conditions pose a safety risk. No refunds will be provided for adverse weather unless the event is officially cancelled.
- Blue Diamond Garden Centres is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
- By attending a Blue Diamond Garden Centre event, ticket holders consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the garden centre staff upon arrival.
- Blue Diamond Garden Centre is committed to providing accessible events. Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific accessibility requirements.
- Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with Blue Diamond Garden Centre's privacy policy.
